For some background, I have tried to download this file from four separate locations using various operating systems and browsers, and when I did at one point get somebody at Dell to believe me, they couldn't open the file either. The problem is that the file is the right size but consists entirely of null characters, so clearly something has gone quite wrong there. I can download other files fine from the same site though. The difficulty so far has just been finding a way to get in touch with the team that manages the FTP site to have the file replaced, or to try and get somebody from Dell to do this for me. Nobody seems to know the procedure in these situations. I've worked on a helpdesk myself though, so I can sort of understand this, but we are now getting quite desperate to have the issue (intermittent sound) at our site resolved.

I've also tried the previous version, ending in 5515. This does resolve our main issue, but also produces 'choppy' sound. I'm following the general driver maxim that the latest version (especially as there hasn't been another release for two years) should solve both problems. Does anyone know of any contact details for the relevant department(s)?
