HI, It has been a long time since I worked with that file but I believe that the attached CTB file should work with it. If you double-click the file, it should open in the Plot Style editor. I like to use the form view tab to edit the settings.

The first thing I did was to select all the colors in the left hand window and then assign them to Black in the properties Window. I also select Screening of 100%. The next step is to now create exceptions to these settings.

I've have plenty of experience with AutoCad but have never edited an existing ctb file. Previous employers typically had 'standards' in place. Current employer allows each CAD user to do their own thing with very limited 'standards' in place. Are you aware of any links to tutorials on editing or creating new ctb files? Do you know if the typical AIA ctb files will work with file you provided? Employer recently purchased AutoCAD Architecture 2017 for me and it appears to have Several AIA ctb files as standard.
